After 20 years of full time hospital pharmacy work, Laura founded Your Highest Self Coaching so that she could shift her focus and help provide her patients with the tools they needed to avoid getting sick in the first place. Experiencing the benefits of shifting to whole real food herself, she now teaches her clients how to do the same so that they too can become their highest selves.
